Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and in accordance with individual agreements between BDS IT Solution and the customer.

2. Conditions

  • Refunds are applicable only if the license agreement allows it.

  • If an agreement specifies no refund, then all sales are final.

  • In case of technical defects verified by our team, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3. Process

To request a refund, contact our support within 7 days of purchase with the following details:

  • Purchase receipt or transaction ID

  • Registered mobile number or email

  • Reason for refund

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Services were used extensively before cancellation.
