Our refund policy is designed to be fair and in accordance with individual agreements between BDS IT Solution and the customer.
Refunds are applicable only if the license agreement allows it.
If an agreement specifies no refund, then all sales are final.
In case of technical defects verified by our team, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Refunds are not applicable if:
The user misuses the product.
A third-party store policy (e.g., Play Store) overrides the refund request.
Services were used extensively before cancellation.
